We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator/Administrator to join our dynamic team at CoRecruit. This role plays a key part in the Caretaking Department, coordinating with tradespeople, residents, body corporates, and the Caretaking team to ensure efficient operation of facilities and complex services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Coordination: Investigate maintenance issues and collaborate with the Caretakers and subcontractors for timely resolutions. Schedule routine maintenance tasks and oversee repairs to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates to Body Corporates and residents about ongoing maintenance activities. Address concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues, making informed decisions to promote the efficient operations of the townhouse complexes.
Requirements
  • Experience in property maintenance, property management, building management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with job management software and tools, or confident with similar computer software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, particularly via phone and email.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
