Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Coordination: Investigate maintenance issues and collaborate with the Caretakers and subcontractors for timely resolutions. Schedule routine maintenance tasks and oversee repairs to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates to Body Corporates and residents about ongoing maintenance activities. Address concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues, making informed decisions to promote the efficient operations of the townhouse complexes.
- Experience in property maintenance, property management, building management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with job management software and tools, or confident with similar computer software.
- Exceptional customer service skills, particularly via phone and email.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
