About the Role

The Business Development Manager - Special Projects will play a key role in driving profitable growth in VAE Sales by collaborating with the Special Projects and sales teams to innovate market offerings and target specific market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales potential from existing clients and services
  • Target and compete in specific market segments for special projects
  • Respond to Service Project tender requests
  • Maintain involvement in the bid/no bid process for major project sales
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales estimates
  • Maintain the Quotation register, Sales folder, and sales documentation
  • Deliver high-quality bid submissions focused on customer pain points and value
  • Develop key relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers
  • Innovate and differentiate VAE bid submission in the market
