
Global Sales Manager for Electric Vehicles

Polestar is expanding its pre-owned vehicle program and seeking a sales lead to develop and manage remarketing in Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the optimal remarketing strategy for Polestar vehicles in Australia. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with and supporting remarketing partners and dealers, developing local pricing strategies and tools to drive revenue, ensuring fulfillment of Polestar's pre-owned standards across operations through regular audits and training, and developing innovative sales strategies for used cars to enhance vehicle second cycles.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, data analysis, and managing relationships with strategic partners and external stakeholders. They will excel at analyzing large data sets, developing insights, and taking action based on data. Creative, ambitious, analytical, and passionate about building new businesses and organizations, they thrive in a dynamic, startup environment and have a passion for electric vehicles, digitalization, and sustainability.
Requirements- Business development experience.
- Data analysis skills, including financial analysis and market sales analysis.
- Relationship management expertise, focusing on strategic partners and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce are highly valued.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
