As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of high performing sales consultants. The role will involve leading by example, handling your own pipeline of customers while supporting the performance and growth of the team.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and coach Sales Consultants to improve performance and hit KPIs.
- Take ownership of team reporting, pipeline tracking, and forecasting where required.
- Proven success in a phone-based sales role with high conversion rates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport across diverse audiences.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and tracking.
- Candidate should have demonstrated interest or experience in team support, mentoring, or leadership.
