About this Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our pre-owned vehicle program and remarketing efforts in Australia.

As the lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the resale value of our vehicles. This includes working closely with our partners to drive sales growth, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to inform pricing decisions.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and creativity. You will need to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective remarketing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize resale value.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, dealers, and leasing companies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives that drive sales growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, managing complex projects, and building strong relationships with key partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
