**Facilities and Asset Management Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage facilities and assets for our organization. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive services including maintenance, repairs, security access, emergency response, stock control, distribution, and systems administration.

The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
