Water Infrastructure Advisor RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Water Infrastructure Advisor. This role will involve providing technical advice on land servicing proposals, assessing infrastructure provision, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize asset utilization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and process land servicing proposals for existing land parcels and small-scale subdivisions;
  • Liaise with developers, engineering consultants, and other professionals on land servicing issues;
  • Provide expert advice to engineers and surveyors on servicing submissions;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely provision of new works;
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant technical discipline;
  • Proven experience in investigating, assessing, and processing land servicing proposals;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to negotiate with developers and their agents;
  • Knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and practices in Western Australia;
  • Understanding of the water industry;
