We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Retirement Living Coordinator to join our team at Anzac Village in Narrabeen.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Village Management team, updating records and databases as required, and meeting with residents on move-in day to take them through essential information.

They will also conduct outgoing inspections, complete related tasks and documentation, and assist in creating high-quality resident communications. Additionally, they will maintain documentation for emergency management and ensure information is accurate and current.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Village Managers on projects as needed, provide administrative support for annual Work, Health and Safety audits, and cover for the Retirement Living Reception team and Activities Co-ordinator for holidays and sickness.

In terms of activities, events, and monthly newsletters, the coordinator will create content for the monthly resident newsletter, coordinate resident and staff contributions, and liaise with external printers for timely distribution. They will also design flyers and posters using Canva and support the organisation of resident activities and events, including booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently and independently. They should have advanced computer literacy in MS Office and other work-based systems, experience creating/editing newsletters, and strong written and verbal English literacy skills.

A driver's licence is essential, and willingness to undertake a police check and attend a first aid course is required.
