Community Liaison Specialist

Mercy Community's Family and Child Connect program is seeking a dedicated First Nations Family Response Facilitator to join their team in Caboolture. This permanent full-time position offers an annual salary of $85,126 - $91,588 (SCHADS L4) plus superannuation and generous salary packaging.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with families and service providers to facilitate connections to vital support services for those in need within the Moreton Bay region.
- Assess referrals, provide information, advice, and referrals to support families with complex needs.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for First Nations communities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Behavioural Sciences, or a relevant discipline (highly advantageous).
- Extensive experience in family support services or a related field.
- Previous experience working effectively across government and non-government agencies to negotiate high-quality service provision.
- A Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver Licence.
- A positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and ability to obtain any other required screening clearances.
