Job Title: Pediatric Mental Health Specialist
At Mediix, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnosing childhood mental health conditions, and providing evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to support their emotional, social, and cognitive well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic care to patients.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, specialising in child or clinical psychology.
- Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working as a Psychologist in a pediatric or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of child development and mental health conditions.
- Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
