About the Role

The Occupational Violence Prevention Officer will play a key role in identifying and mitigating risks to ensure a safe working environment for staff and patients.

  • Utilize data analytics and technology to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Lead the review of occupational violence incidents to inform prevention strategies.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO SHARE INFORMATION AND PROVIDE HIGH-LEVEL ADVICE TO LEADERSHIP.
  • Develop and maintain effective risk management plans to minimize operational risks and facilitate workshops to characterize relevant risks and controls.
