The Health Program Coordinator is a key member of a dynamic project management team, responsible for driving exceptional client and community outcomes.

This hybrid position is based in Melbourne, offering flexibility to work reduced hours. Potential adjustments can be discussed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior team members to effectively run a large-scale project, prioritizing activity and developing capability.
  • Take ownership of the Program Management Office, including day-to-day program delivery, specific projects, and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring strong client focus and driving deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing project management support, including budget management, program reporting, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination in a consulting environment or team-based project or program delivery setting is essential. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.

The ability to lead and mentor teams, encouraging creative thinking and effective problem-solving, is crucial. Managing conflicting priorities, switching between tasks and clients seamlessly, possessing strong initiative, and seeking continuous process improvement are also essential.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or other Customer Relationship Management Software, as well as experience or interest in Community Pharmacy.
