Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team as an Associate in Projects and Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients on a range of front-end matters and large-scale projects with a strong focus on energy transition.

You will have the opportunity to advise on and draft a variety of project documentation, including project development and construction delivery documents. Additionally, you will manage work streams on large domestic and international projects, liaise with clients, and assist in negotiations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to pursue an area of law that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a front-end construction or projects practice
  • Experience assisting on a range of energy/construction/projects matters
  • Strong client liaison skills
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
