Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Intervention Specialist to deliver high-quality therapy sessions to children aged 0-8 and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, with a minimum of 12 months experience working with children in this age group. They will also have demonstrated experience working with children with disabilities and a positive approach to work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised therapy plans, working collaboratively with other professionals, and documenting and billing for each session through our online participant management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to NDIS participants and their families
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each participant
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting children and their families
  • Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology or Early Childhood Teaching)
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Valid Australian driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check
