**Where we are**:YMM is conveniently located near the Forster Road entry/exit to Monash Freeway in Notting Hill in the Omnico Business Park. Plenty of parking options onsite, and a short walk if using public transport.
**Monday 4.30pm - 9.00pm (4.5 hours)**
**Wednesday 4.30pm-9:00pm (4.5 hours)**
- General Duties include:_
- Confirm client appointments
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments/general diary management
- Process payments and Medicare rebates
- Scanning/faxing/uploading
- General tidying up
- Have administration experience
- Be highly organised
- Be able to prioritise and multitask
- Have a professional but warm demeanour
- Be tech savvy and proficient in using Microsoft office suite
**BONUS - Experience using Power Diary**
Pay rate above the Health Professionals and Support Services Award.
