Job Summary
Busselton Water seeks a seasoned professional to lead its Human Resources and Organizational Development function. As the Head of People, Culture, and Safety, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in people and safety performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and benefits.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver training programs that promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
- Analyze data to inform HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of driving business results through people initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and external partners.
