Centre Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our team in achieving high-quality outcomes for children. As a key member of our childcare group, you will play a vital role in driving engagement, ensuring policies and procedures are practiced, and providing regular updates to families and management.

This challenging role involves:

  • Leading Team Engagement: Drive positive leadership and coaching to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Policing Procedures: Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to across the centre.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to families and management on the educational program and individual child development.
  • Quality Improvement: Guide the Self-Assessment Process and support the development of Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Administrative Operations: Manage day-to-day aspects of administration and operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Centre Management Experience: Proven experience as a Centre Manager within the childcare sector.
  • Early Childhood Education: A passion for Early Childhood Education and a thorough understanding of relevant frameworks.
  • Child Safety: A strong commitment to Child Safety and knowledge of legislative requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with ability to provide direction, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Administrative Abilities: Proven ability in administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent liaison, staff professional development, and training.
  • Assessment and Rating: Experience in Assessment and Rating, including self-assessment and Quality Improvement Plan development.
