Early Years Programme Director

The Early Years Programme Director is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for shaping the future of children through the creation and execution of our unique learning programme.

  • Drive the creation and execution of our learning programme, empowering educators to deliver quality programmes that inspire children of all ages.
  • Elevate outcomes with regular assessments that celebrate and support each child's growth and development.
  • Inspire excellence across your centre by setting clear goals for teaching and leading best practices.
  • Champion quality by contributing to your centre's continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan.

As an Early Years Programme Director, you'll have the opportunity to:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable).
  • Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
