Centre Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for a safe, high-performing centre.
  • Inspire, mentor, and support a team of early childhood educators.
  • Deliver educational programs tailored to children's needs and interests.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Build relationships with families and engage with the wider community.
  • Manage centre administration, including enrolments and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of early learning frameworks, compliance, and regulations.
  • Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and team-building skills.
  • A collaborative mindset.
  • Current First Aid certification.
