We serve fresh, nutritious meals made onsite daily, keeping children well-fueled for play and discovery.About the RoleManage the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to increase occupancy.Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.About YouA Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.A current Working with Children's Check.Experience in achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.Why Work for Affinity?
