We're looking for an experienced Centre Director who is not only passionate about early education but also committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children aged 0–5.At our centre, leadership means more than managing—it's about guiding with empathy, supporting educators to grow, and building meaningful relationships with families and the wider community.
You'll be backed by a supportive leadership team while having the freedom to shape and lead with confidence.Leading with kindness—mentoring, coaching, and supporting a skilled team of educators.Making child safety your top priority—ensuring our service always exceeds compliance and quality standards.Building a culture of professional growth through ongoing training and development.Encouraging strong, positive relationships between educators, families, and children.Creating an environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.Proven experience managing an Early Education Centre.Diploma (minimum) in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor highly regarded).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive style.A genuine passion for child safety, family partnerships, and educator wellbeing.A leader who balances compliance with creativity and heart.
