Enterprise Risk Management Leader

Effective stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at executive and board levels, are also required.

About the Role:

  • Design and Embed Global ERM Frameworks: Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise risk management frameworks that align with our organisational objectives.
  • Risk Integration: Partner with senior leaders to integrate risk into strategy, investment, and business planning, ensuring a holistic approach to risk management.
  • Scenario Analysis: Lead scenario analysis, stress testing, and emerging risk monitoring to ensure we stay ahead of potential threats.
  • Cross-Regional Consistency: Drive consistency and maturity across diverse regional operations, fostering a culture of risk awareness and informed decision-making.
  • Leader Development: Coach leaders to embed a culture of risk awareness and informed decision-making throughout the organisation.
