**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Risk and Governance Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing the delivery services branch portfolio, program, and project governance framework and process.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and skills in managing the portfolio, program, and project risk and issue/change control management process, particularly in the identification, assessment, management, reporting, and review of risks. They will also have experience with program and project board establishment and training, including the provision of board advisory and secretariat services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Implement the delivery services branch portfolio, program, and project governance framework and process through the facilitated establishment of program and project boards and secretariat services.
  • Implement the delivery services branch risk and issue (change control) management framework and process guide and manage any portfolio-level risks across the delivery services branch.
  • Establish and maintain the delivery portfolio risk register; and facilitate the identification and ongoing management of risks by running risk workshops and risk-review workshops across the delivery portfolio.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in managing the portfolio, program, and project risk and issue/change control management process.
  • Experience with program and project board establishment and training, including the provision of board advisory and secretariat services.
  • Ability to develop and present strategic risk management advice and to research, prepare, and present complex reports.
