
Accommodation Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Housekeeper. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent time management skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels to maintain a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure the area is clean and safe for our guests.
- Restock supplies and replenish amenities to meet the needs of our guests.
- Inspect and report any issues regarding room maintenance or cleanliness to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role and lift heavy equipment if needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
- Excellent availability and flexibility to work across a seven-day roster.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
