Catholic Education is seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to join their fast-growing IT Shared Services team and be accountable for the management of Application Delivery and Support of all Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and People Management Systems, including Work Health Safety (WHS) systems.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be working with the broader team to enable outcomes and success of Enterprise Applications and IT Services within the IT Shared Service Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the platform service lifecycle, including defining and executing platform service vision and strategy, validating business requirements and design, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Leading and defining an outcome-oriented service roadmap, informed by customer insights and feedback. Defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, ensuring customer-centric product design, development, and delivery.
  • Ensuring service design compliance with regulatory obligations and relevant CSPD's policies and standards, proactively identifying, mitigating, and managing risks associated with the service, and remediation initiatives.
  • Planning and designing tests that validate services have been built against design specifications.
