We're seeking an exceptional Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at E1. In this pivotal role, you'll empower our revenue-driving teams by providing actionable insights, streamlined processes, and data-driven recommendations.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Service teams to ensure they operate efficiently and strategically, contributing directly to our growth objectives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid foundation in Sales Strategy, Revenue Growth, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence. Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for enhancing revenue operations across teams, optimising processes that support marketing acquisition efforts, high-quality lead generation, and effective renewal targeting for high-value customers. Additionally, you'll provide insights and support pricing and packaging initiatives that contribute to our revenue growth strategy.

A critical aspect of this role is driving process improvement and ensuring reporting accuracy. You'll continuously assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements to improve speed and accuracy in reporting.

Your analytical prowess will uncover key insights from sales performance, customer behaviours, and marketing data, informing go-to-market strategies. Using advanced SQL, spreadsheets, BI reporting tools, and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Chargebee), you'll transform data into actionable recommendations that drive results.

Collaboration and effective communication will be vital in this role. You'll act as a bridge between teams, fostering alignment on strategy and operational priorities. Through strong collaboration and impactful storytelling, you'll inspire change, align teams with revenue strategies, and ensure performance targets are met.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations; experience in a B2B SaaS or digital product environment is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel (or Google Sheets), and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Mode. Familiarity with Python for data processing is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM tool, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Chargebee, Customer.io, or Google Analytics.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
