Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CEO or Head of Agency
  • Strong leadership skills, including inspirational and consultative abilities
  • Knowledge of curatorial responsibilities and sensitivity to the wider arts and cultural environment
  • Ability to drive growth and innovation in a challenging climate
  • Entrepreneurial skills, energy, and enthusiasm, combined with strategic management abilities
  • Relevant professional qualifications and experience working effectively with Boards, governments, and private sector organizations
