Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the food strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the food team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and a great food experience through effective operational management.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through data-driven decision making and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align food operations with store events and promotions.
  • Manage the Swedish Food Market and restaurant, optimizing operations for maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze insights and sales data to drive changes and improvements to shopfloor and operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about food and have a strong understanding of business, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with different stakeholders. You should also have experience in fast-paced food businesses, with a proven track record of driving commercial success.
