Director of Business Operations and Governance

The Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Director to lead our Branch Executive team.
You will work closely with the Director of Business Operations to plan, lead, manage and report on human and physical resources for the whole Branch.
This includes workforce management, human resources, business planning, enterprise resource planning, budgeting, quality management systems, work health and safety, travel security and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, comply with and review policies, procedures and plans relevant to Branch business operations.
- Nurture an inclusive and respectful work environment by managing crucial stakeholder relationships within our integrated workforce.
About Our Team:
The Air & Surface Surveillance & Control (ASSC) Branch is responsible for managing equipment acquisition, integration and provision of necessary through-life support for air surveillance, control and navigation materiel capabilities.

- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically, problem solve and conduct complex analysis
