Workforce Planning Director

This role is responsible for leading the Workforce Planning team in delivering timely, accurate and compliant employee rosters. The successful candidate will oversee a small Production Recruitment team and Production Training Team to ensure our facility is effectively staffed and trained.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in workforce planning, rostering and recruitment, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams. They will be methodical, innovative, proactive and results-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Workforce Planning team to deliver effective, timely and compliant rostering, recruitment and training for operational employees.
- Provide workforce planning recommendations that optimise labour efficiency and minimise costs while maintaining compliance with employment legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and supervisors to implement effective rostering systems and processes across the custom facility.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in workforce planning, rostering and recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Able to educate and transfer knowledge.
