Are you a senior mental health clinician experienced in working with youth who loves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance young consumers' mental health journeys towards recovery?
Key Responsibilities- Assess and provide treatment to youth experiencing mental health issues, developing personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement clinical programs that promote positive outcomes for young consumers.
- Utilize clinical leadership skills with a client-centred approach, working effectively within a multidisciplinary framework to deliver high-quality services.
- Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid understanding of practice development frameworks that drive excellence in mental health care.
- Current registration as a healthcare professional (e.g., Registered Nurse with AHPRA, or eligible for membership of a professional body for Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychologist).
- Demonstrated experience in assessment, care planning, staff management, and coordination within mental health, with youth or related community experience.
- A current NSW Driver's Licence is required.
