We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Specialist.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a senior mental health specialist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing expert care to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychiatric services to patients.
- Promote patient safety and quality of care through leadership, orientation, training, supervision, and education for healthcare professionals.
- Work within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by local health authorities.
- Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) and a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).
- Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and experience working with mental health problems in adult mental health.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
