About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Client Partner to join our Commercial team in Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and developing our Queensland clients, with a focus on business sales and development, lead generation, and management of national occupational health contracts and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and relationship building
  • Manage and deliver high-quality occupational health services to clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven sales and business development experience in the healthcare or related industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address business challenges
