About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant and passionate team as a Senior Client Partner. As a self-starter with excellent relationship management skills, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business opportunities with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business sales and development
  • Lead generation
  • Management of national occupational health contracts and service delivery
  • Coordinating and supporting Corporate and Remote Occupational Health programs
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations
  • Key account management
  • Build awareness of the product range and brand within the local Sonic HealthPlus clinics and geographic areas
  • Monitor and assist with all relevant tenders and contracts
  • Actively engage customers and assess their needs, qualify appropriately, and aligning SHP solutions with their needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have strong interpersonal skills and be a results-focused, self-driven individual with a positive outlook. You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven expert prospecting, selling and negotiating skills in the occupational health or related industry, including networking and partnering
  • Effective and creative customer problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and financial skills to identify patterns and draw conclusions from data and correlate data with business need
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and telephone manner
  • Degree qualification in Business or other related field
  • 3 or more years of sales experience; business to business or healthcare experience highly regarded
  • Experience in CRM software
  • Current valid driver's license
