About the Role

As a key member of our Safety & Environment team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice on rail safety accreditation and work health and safety matters. You will work closely with our regulators to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the provision of expert advice on rail safety accreditation and work health and safety matters
  • Liaise with regulators to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with the ARTC business to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Provide functional safety support to ARTC teams as required
  • Foster collaborative working relationships with ARTC's regulators and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Well-rounded career history in rail safety or a related field
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively at all levels
  • Tertiary or relevant industry qualifications
