Employee Relations Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Employee Relations Professional to join our team. As an integral member of our Legal department, you will be responsible for managing high-risk and complex cases from start to finish.

You will provide expert advice and guidance to ensure matters are resolved efficiently and professionally. Your role will involve advocating on behalf of the company in various tribunals and regulatory bodies, as well as conducting confidential workplace investigations and supporting leaders with team member grievances and disciplinary matters.

In this diverse and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with senior leaders to resolve varied ER/IR workloads. You will also contribute to enterprise agreement bargaining and foster relationships with external stakeholders, including relevant unions.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have demonstrated experience in Employee Relations within a fast-paced and complex organisation. You should have strong case management skills, excellent knowledge of current workplace legislations, modern awards, and relevant regulations.

You will also need to be able to manage highly confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner and have the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
