We're seeking a results-driven professional to manage complex employee relations cases and deliver strategic advice on employment matters.

This role will involve partnering closely with leaders to proactively address emerging ER themes, supporting initiatives like M&A, compliance, union engagement, and policy development.

As a trusted advisor, you'll play a key role in creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

  • Experience providing employee relations advice in a commercial organisation
  • Proven ability to translate complex issues into pragmatic solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a high performing team
  • Strategic mindset – able to anticipate employee relations issues
  • Courage and ability to challenge stakeholders
