The Business

With a portfolio of assets under management, including self-storage, warehouse, logistics hubs, shopping centres, and commercial offices, they are looking to secure an experienced senior commercial property manager with an analytical mindset to add further value.

The Role

This opportunity would suit someone who has had at least five years of intermediate to senior-level experience in commercial, retail or industrial property. Key responsibilities include managing lease renewals and disposals, compliance, OH&S, strategy, and property management reporting.
