Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Strategist to join our team and work with clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources. The successful candidate will drive business growth by delivering strategic asset management solutions that improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive asset management strategies for clients, focusing on investment planning, maturity assessment, data & information management, and software implementation.
  • Lead project work including facilitating workshops, writing reports, and presenting to clients, with senior team support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Implement effective project management practices to deliver high-quality results.
  • Design and execute communication strategies to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • This role may require occasional travel within Australia and New Zealand.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Asset Strategist, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering strategic asset management services to clients, with a focus on value creation.
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Degree-level qualification in engineering, business, economics, or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of asset-intensive industries, including power, water, rail, government, and facilities.
  • Desire to develop industry contacts and participate in professional networks.
