We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee our project portfolio and drive strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, leading projects from planning to delivery while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on industrial projects
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Leadership abilities and a team player mindset
  • BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a relevant field; PMP certification is an advantage

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the project team to determine project specifications
  • Assisting in contract negotiations and obtaining necessary permits and licenses
  • Determining required resources within budgetary constraints
  • Planning operations and scheduling intermediate phases to meet deadlines
  • Managing team members and allocating responsibilities
  • Leading project teams and interacting with clients and contractors
  • Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and reporting issues
