Job Overview

This role is focused on delivering high-quality industrial projects while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. As a senior-level Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of these projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track progress, risks, and compliance throughout each project phase.
  • Prepare and present reports and documentation for project tracking and progress updates.
  • Support day-to-day consultancy and project management tasks as new projects arise.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in project management, construction, or industrial development.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of cold storage facilities, industrial developments, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex projects efficiently.
