We are seeking an experienced Director - Industrial Projects

To lead our Industrial project portfolio, worth over $1.5 billion, and drive growth through effective project management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to step up into a leadership role and shape the future of our industrial projects division.

About the Role:

As Director - Industrial Projects, you will be responsible for managing project scope from development to handover, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Manage project scope from development to handover
  • Manage design development as well as up-front regulatory approvals
  • Work for a client-side project management consultancy
  • Appoint contractors through the process of competitive tendering
  • Identify and manage construction risks through the build process
  • Manage project expenditure and cash flow
  • Identification and rectification of defects
  • Have a positive and optimistic attitude
  • Be responsible for the Industrial Teams Nationally
  • Be the business face to the client

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar

- Minimum 15+ years' experience delivering Industrial projects from start to finish

- Project financial reporting skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong ability to priorities tasks
