Job Title: Project Director

Our organization seeks a seasoned Project Director to lead and deliver our Class 1 residential projects from inception through to completion.

The role works closely with the project team, overseeing construction progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

  • Manage multiple residential projects simultaneously, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the development team on early-stage DA and CC projects, providing guidance on project management best practices.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within residential developments.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Property development experience (DA, CC stages) is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as project management platforms, is highly desirable.
