Job Description

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality care to our consumers. You will be responsible for:

- Providing kind, safe, effective, quality and individualised care to consumers

- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal consumer outcomes

- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

- A Certificate III or IV qualification in Aged Care or related field

- Willingness to gain experience in medication management

- Ability to follow nursing procedures as directed and in line with consumer care plans

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and empathetic nature

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
