The organisation operates multiple NDIS/Disability houses and are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to their participants.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to participants with psychosocial disabilities.
- Lead and mentor a team of disability support workers, providing guidance, supervision, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, standards, and guidelines, including restrictive practice policies and incident reporting procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor the quality of service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate care plans and support services for participants.
- Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks associated with the operation of NDIS houses.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma in Community Services
- Proven experience working in the disability sector, particularly with individuals with psychosocial disabilities.
- Expert knowledge of NDIS compliance requirements, restrictive practice guidelines, and incident reporting protocols.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with participants, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, problem-solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
