Your Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Greet clients with a smile, handle phone inquiries, and schedule service appointments with precision.

- Service Advising:  Assess customer needs, provide expert recommendations, and explain repair processes clearly and confidently.

- Workshop Coordination:  Manage service orders, track job progress, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.

- Administrative Duties: Handle invoicing, process payments, warranty and claims processing, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.

- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure every client leaves with a positive experience.

Requirements

- Excellent Communication Skills: Your ability to interact with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner is key.

- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in all administrative duties.

- Automotive Knowledge: While prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus, a genuine interest in cars and a willingness to learn is essential.
