
Regional Lead Child Safety Practitioner

This key role focuses on enhancing child safety services and driving continuous improvement in regional settings.
The successful candidate will provide expert leadership to implement practice improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and evaluation of professional practice frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality child safety services through expert leadership and collaboration with regional service delivery managers.
- Build practice capability within regional contexts by developing and implementing strategies for continuous learning and service enhancement.
- Drive change and improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes for children and families in regional settings.
- Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Employment Status) in Tasmania.
- Approved tertiary qualification/program of study as an allied health professional, registered with the relevant National Board or eligible for membership with the relevant professional association.
- Pre-employment checks including conviction checks, identification check, disciplinary actions in previous employment check, and current driver's licence.
