The Child Safety Lead Practitioner plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality child safety services.

The position is responsible for developing practice capability within specific service delivery contexts. It involves collaborating closely with regional service delivery managers to implement localized practice improvement initiatives aligned with best-practice standards.

The role drives change, continuous learning, and service enhancement to improve outcomes for children and families in regional settings.

This position reports to the Principal Practitioner. The role contributes to the development, implementation, and evaluation of professional practice frameworks, policy, governance, and practice review processes within regional service delivery contexts.
