The Role

As a Child Safety Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing expert leadership to ensure high-quality child safety services are delivered. You will work closely with regional managers to implement practice improvement initiatives and drive change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of professional practice frameworks, policy, governance, and practice review processes.
  • Collaborate with regional service delivery managers to improve outcomes for children and families in regional settings.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department through continuous learning and service enhancement.
Requirements:
  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status - Employment).
  • Approved allied health professional tertiary qualification or registration with a relevant National Board.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check and disciplinary actions check.
