Director Strategic Child Safety

Lead a team in promoting awareness and driving cultural change across the Tasmanian community, focusing on child safety and organisational compliance.
This strategic role involves developing communication strategies, managing education activities, and providing high-level engagement with government and non-government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the Office of the Independent Regulator.
- Develop and implement qualitative and quantitative measures to evaluate stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee the development of education activities and presentations on child safety and organisational compliance.
- Engage with government and non-government stakeholders to promote awareness and drive cultural change.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team to achieve organisational goals.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- A current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
